Bookings

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins for Pottery Painting are welcome, but we always recommend booking ahead — especially during weekends or busy periods.

What happens if I’m running late?

Please call us if you’re running behind. We can usually hold your table for up to 15 minutes, but after that time we may need to offer it to another guest if we haven’t heard from you.

Can I change my booking?

Yes! If you need to change your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you contact us at least 72 hours in advance, we can rearrange your session for a future date (subject to availability).

Please note that each booking can only be rescheduled once.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

What if I can’t make it on the day?

If you contact us less than 72 hours before your booking, you’re welcome to send someone in your place.

Just let us know their name by phone or email so we can update your booking.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable outside the 72-hour reschedule period.

When will my pottery be ready?

Your pottery will be ready within 14 days, once it has been glazed and fired in our kiln. We’ll text you as soon as it’s ready to collect.

How long do I have to collect my pottery?

You’ll have 12 weeks from the date we notify you to collect your pieces. After this time, uncollected items may be recycled or disposed of due to limited storage space.

Can someone else collect my pottery for me?

Yes! Just make sure they know the name and booking details associated with your pottery.

Gift Cards & Experience Vouchers

What can I use a Wick & Ceramic gift card for?

Our e-gift cards can be used towards any of our workshops, classes, or handmade pieces — including Pottery Painting, Candle Making, Clay Handbuilding, and Wheel Throwing. They’re also redeemable on seasonal events and shop items like candles, wax melts, and ceramics.

How do your e-gift cards work?

Choose your preferred design and amount, personalise it with a name and message, and schedule delivery if you wish.

Gift cards are delivered instantly via email (either to your inbox or the recipient’s) and can be used online or in-studio.

Do you offer experience-specific gift vouchers?

Yes — our Wheel Throwing Experience Gift Voucher is a popular option for 2–4 people.

It includes a 90-minute guided session with all materials and clay provided — perfect for couples, friends, or small groups looking for a hands-on creative experience.

How long are gift cards and vouchers valid for?

All Wick & Ceramic gift cards and experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

They’re non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
